The Qualms is a cedar-shingled farmhouse with four bedrooms, an eat-in kitchen, living and dining rooms, and a study that may be easily converted into a fifth bedroom. It sits on an ample and tree-shaded lawn on a quiet street in Amagansett in between the town and the ocean. The house is fully furnished and stocked with linens and kitchenware.

The bedrooms offer:

• One double bed (downstairs)

• One twin bed

• Two twin beds, which may be combined

• A wooden-framed futon/couch that converts to a queen bed

• One queen bed in master bedroom with bath.

There is a bathroom downstairs, a bathroom with shower upstairs, and a master bathroom with shower-bath.

The kitchen is equipped with a brand-new range and dishwasher. A pantry provides ample storage space and a full-size washer and dryer. The kitchen, bathrooms, and upstairs feature brand-new designer flooring.

The downstairs bedroom is air-conditioned, and there are front and back porches and a fireplace. A new alarm system is available for your use.
